We specialize in Vintage and Unique pieces crafted using pre-loved, damaged, and remnants of vintage clothing. Vintage items are Pre-loved and our Reworx items are recycled vintage items which have been reincarnated as unique REWORX, offering you one-of-a-kind garments that stand out. Each piece tells a story and contributes to a more sustainable fashion movement.

How do I care for my Vintage Reworx items?

Caring for Preloved and Reworx pieces is essential to maintain their quality and longevity. We recommend the following: 

  • Washing: Hand wash or dry clean whenever possible. If machine washing, use a gentle cycle with cold water. 
  • Storage: Store garments in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to prevent fading. 
  • Hanging: Use padded hangers for delicate items to help them retain their shape. 
  • Repairs: Address any minor repairs promptly to keep your garments looking their best.

What is your shipping policy? 

We offer several shipping options to meet your needs: 

  • Standard Shipping: Typically takes 3-5 business days within the UK. 
  • Express Shipping (Next Day Delivery): Available for an additional fee, usually delivering within 1-2 business days and next day delivery if ordered before 1pm. 

Free standard shipping is available on orders over £75 within UK.

What is your return policy? 

As each of our pieces is vintage and preloved, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges. Please review item descriptions and photos carefully before making your purchase, and feel free to reach out with any questions prior to ordering. We want you to shop with confidence, knowing each piece is unique and one of a kind.

How do you source your Vintage Reworx items? 

Our Vintage Reworx pieces are carefully crafted from pre-loved clothing that has been damaged or deemed remnants. We believe in creating a more sustainable brand and reducing landfill waste. Each item is thoughtfully selected and transformed into something unique, ensuring that every piece is special.

Do your items have imperfections? 

Yes, our garments may have minor imperfections in both of our Vintage and Reworx Products due to their age and the nature of recycled materials. We embrace these characteristics as part of the charm of vintage clothing. Each item is inspected and graded to provide you with an accurate description of its condition.

Are your items one-of-a-kind? 

Many of our Vintage and Reworx pieces are one-of-a-kind due to their unique nature. Once an item is sold, it may not be restocked. If you see something you love, we recommend purchasing it before it’s gone! Feel free to adjust any specific details or wording as needed!

Do you provide student discounts ?
